how do I design Santa Claus Town?

wonderwoman asked:

I want to design a Santa Claus Town for a shopping mall , the way I saw in american Christmas movies. What are the elements that I have to include there? I noticed that is a little house, a Christmas tree, Santa’s chair, there are some things that can’t be missing there, isn’t it? What are those ? Thank you so much!

maybe kids or elves ice-skating over a frozen pond with penguins too…and lots of candy canes and lollipops around. a gingerbread bakery, a toy factory/workshop…thats all i can think of……for now. =]

Usually a fireplace is a good backdrop for Santa’s chair. There might be elves playing a piano. Reindeer outside the house, candy canes for door posts
